We are a Hastings/Pennock Wellness Center based group consisting of approximately 25 people that get together to train for various events. Last year we named our group the "Trilanders". It's a long story of how we became known as the Trilanders. Join us and Jack or Jen will share the story. Anyway the group is made up of a variety of people, for example, a few Teachers, Counselors (these guys are on the payroll), Physicians (trust me, they come in handy), Accountants, Respiratory Therapists, Story Tellers (more than just fish stories), Nurses, COOs, and a handful of engineers. We train for a variety of events that range from: 5k,10k, 15k, 25k, Marathons, bike racing, swimming, and most important............................. "The Triathlon".
